PKATAP allows you to easily set your PluralKit members' proxy avatars to be the same as their current main avatars. PKATAP is short for "PluralKit Avatar to Avatar (Proxy)"
The proxy avatar is a relatively new feature to PluralKit.
Previously, you could only have a single avatar which would be set using the pk;member <name> avatar command. That avatar would then appear in the main space of the member card as well as being used when the member proxied in Discord chats.
Now, you can set a special proxy avatar that appears in the chat, while having a seperate avatar that is the main photo on the member card. These new proxy avatars are set using the pk;member <name> proxyavatar command.
If you want to change every member's info card avatar to something different but are happy with the current avatar being the proxy avatar you might find it hard to manually set every member's proxy avatar to the same as their current avatar, particularly if you have many members or do not have the time/energy to re-set every avatar.
Enter your 64 alphanumeric character API Token, and 5 letter System ID in the boxes below and click on the "Go" button. You can get your system's API token by running the command pk;token in the PluralKit bot. When copying the code, make sure that you have exactly 64 alphanumeric (letters and numbers only) characters copied, with no spaces before or after. Some devices will add a space around the text and the tool will not work if these are included in the box below.
NOTICE: When you click "Go", the tool will overwrite the "proxy avatar" for every member, even if they are private or do not have proxy tags set. If you have existing proxy avatars that you want to save, you need to make a copy of these yourself first.
This process may take some time. The status below will update as it progresses, and the box underneath that will provide you with detailed information including error messages. You can stop the process at any point by refreshing the page, but any changes that have already been made will not be undone.
IMPORTANT: If you notice that a member already had a proxy avatar and you want to re-set the avatar in PluralKit or keep the below log in your personal records: do not refresh - you will lose everything in the ! Your best option is to wait for the tool to finish running, then copy the contents of the status box to somewhere local and fix what you need to. As the log will have a lot of lines and characters when it's complete, it's suggested to copy it somewhere like notes instead of a Discord channel/DM.
